Free Shipping is eligible for certain products in US and Canada. Orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days from when we receive the order. Orders placed on a Friday will ship out the following Monday. Transit time takes 2-7 business days depending on the postal zone. The estimated delivery date is based on the ready date plus the transit service you select at checkout.
RETURN POLICY
Musika wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we will issue an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. For gift-with-purchase orders (GWP), the free gift would need to be returned with the purchased item in order to receive a full refund.

Once approved, we will email you a free UPS prepaid label. which you can then print and attach to any box/package before returning the items. You will have 30 days to send the item back for a full refund. Once the package is received by the vendor, they will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
