We’re confident that all our vendors will provide quality and sustainable products you’ll love so much you’ll never want to return them. But people change their minds all the time. If you happen to change yours and want to return a product, here’s how we handle it.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at www.rpsmusika.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
MUSIKA is a multi-vendor platform and as such each vendor is responsible for their own policies with regards to returns and refunds, exchanges: policies will vary from store to store.
The policy below is provided as a general guideline recommended to our vendors and does not assume all vendors will follow these guidelines. Each vendor will have the policies clearly stated on their shop page
Returns
In general you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it, for nonperishables and perishable goods purchases made within the US. For perishable goods that still have the original seal untampered may be returned within 24 hours of delivery. Open perishable cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The Vendor from which you made the purchase will generate and email you a return shipping slip which you can use to ship back to the address provided at no cost to you
Refunds
Once the vendor receives your item, it will be inspected, and you are updated on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
How to request a refund
Within 14 days of receipt of your product:
Contact Customer Support to make arrangements for a return and receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
If you received a physical product, ship the unopened product to the return address on the packaging.
If you received your product via Electronic Software Download or if you have opened your physical product, then you are required to complete and return MUSIKA Letter of Destruction or complete the Confirmation or Destruction process.
A refund* will be processed within 3-6 weeks of receipt of the product at MUSIKA and completion of the destruction process.
If you choose not to (1) Use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) Insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
General Information
All responses to return inquiries will only be provided to the returning Customer on record.
MUSIKA may, in its sole discretion, make exceptions, changes and/or modifications to this Product Return Policy at any time and without prior notice to other parties. Return goods shipments which are deemed to be outside of this Product Return Policy will not be returned to
the Customer or the third party processor and no credit will be issued by Amgen for said Product unless state or local law requires otherwise.
