Tips on shoe size measurement
- Take your measurements at the end of the day, when your feet are the largest.
- Wear the socks you’ll wear with your new shoes when you measure.
- Measure both feet and fit shoes to the larger foot.
- If you are doing the measurement by your self, you will get more accurate results if you sit in a chair when measuring. Don’t stand.
- If you have someone to help you take your foot measurement, standing is the best choice.
- You may take measurements in inches or centimetres.
- The size of a shoe may depend on many factors such as the width and shape of your feet or the last of the shoes. Dimensions mentioned on this page are for giving an idea only. Eventhough your measurement is correct, your shoe size may still be different.

Your refund willl be processed within 2 days after we receive your return goods.
The product must be in new condition and unused.

Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship as fast as possible. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If you require an upgraded shipping option, many are available. Shipping Details- USPS shipping domestically uses First Class or Priority 2 - 3 days usually, offers $50 of insurance. This is the first choice if you choose Free Shipping during checkout if this is available.
- USPS shipping internationally uses First Class International for up to 4 lbs or Priority International over 4 lbs
- FedEx ships to business locations Monday through Friday and home locations Tuesday through Saturday. This option is used for Free Shipping if USPS is not realistic.
- USPS is also available.
- Express and Overnight services are available from all carriers
- Many Eastern State customers will receive their package the next day or in two days. In other parts of the United States, customers will receive their packages in 3 to 6 shipping days.
- We are not responsible for delayed or returned shipments as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages.
- If you have unintentionally entered in incorrect information please immediately contact us. We cannot guarantee that the information will be able to be updated before your package ships out, although we will do our best to make the changes in the system.
- If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, and the package is lost, we are not responsible for shipping a new package to you.
- If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, but the package is eventually returned to our warehouse by the shipping provider, it is your responsibility to pay for the reshipment costs on the package or else we can refund the cost of the products in the order minus a processing fee. Please note you are also responsible for any return postage fees.
- Please do not enter both a street address and a PO box number, as this will delay the shipping of your package. If you enter a street address and a PO box number, we will ship to the PO box.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
**If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us first as soon as possible!**- Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund.
- Eligible return items must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.
- Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued.
- Please follow the exact directions provided by Customer Support in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.
- A return processing fee of $3.75 will be deducted from credit card/PayPal refunds on eligible product returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Â
- If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, you may either receive a refund for the products returned minus the original shipping fee, return postage due, and a return processing fee, OR we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee, return postage due and a return fee.
- We are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Misrouted, or Undelivered shipments.
