Returns

We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 7 days of product receipt. Returned product must be in brand new condition with all packaging enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them. It must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Beyond 7 days the Returned product is subject to a 10% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid. Shortages or Claims must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving merchandise. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and we will not reimburse for original shipping fee.

Returns must include the provided Return Merchandise Authorization form. All returns must reference their order number for all communication. We are not able to accept blind returns.

All credits will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of processing your return. Please allow 2-3 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit, as it will take time before the refund appears on your card.

Defective Merchandise

It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly when your packages arrive. Please call our customer service department immediately and we will issue a return goods authorization (RMA) form if claim is made within the time frame stated.
