Musika expects the order to be ready to ship within 1 day.
The estimated delivery date is based on the ready date plus the transit service you select at checkout. If you pay by credit card or are approved for Net terms, the estimated ready date is 1 day from the day you place your order. If you elect to pay by bank transfer and have not been approved for Net terms, the estimated ready date will be 1 day after your payment is received.
Returns
Musika wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we will issue an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. For gift with purchase orders (GWP), the free gift would need to be returned with the purchased item in order to receive a full refund.
Please contact us via our website or the customer support chat so that we can obtain an authorization number for you. Once approved, we will email you a free UPS prepaid label. which you can then print and attach to any box/package before returning the items. You will have 30 days to send the item back for a full refund. Once the package is received by the vendor, they will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
