In the event of any shipment not being fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 8 business days have the option to choose order cancellations or partial refunds. 3.Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by UPS. While, items that are weigh more than 150lbs will be delivered by truck.
Return Policy
Musika wants you to be happy with your purchase! In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item.
