Our goal is to ship as fast as possible. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If you require an upgraded shipping option, many are available.
- USPS shipping domestically uses First Class or Priority 2 – 3 days usually, offers $50 of insurance. This is the first choice if you choose Free Shipping during checkout if this is available.
- USPS shipping internationally uses First Class International for up to 4 lbs or Priority International over 4 lbs
- FedEx ships to business locations Monday through Friday and home locations Tuesday through Saturday. This option is used for Free Shipping if USPS is not realistic.
- USPS is also available.
- Express and Overnight services are available from all carriers
- Many Eastern State customers will receive their package the next day or in two days. In other parts of the United States, customers will receive their packages in 3 to 6 shipping days.
**The customer is responsible for providing the full shipment details. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct and complete before submitting your order**
- We are not responsible for delayed or returned shipments as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages.
- If you have unintentionally entered in incorrect information please immediately contact us. We cannot guarantee that the information will be able to be updated before your package ships out, although we will do our best to make the changes in the system.
- If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, and the package is lost, we are not responsible for shipping a new package to you.
- If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, but the package is eventually returned to our warehouse by the shipping provider, it is your responsibility to pay for the reshipment costs on the package or else we can refund the cost of the products in the order minus a processing fee. Please note you are also responsible for any return postage fees.
- Please do not enter both a street address and a PO box number, as this will delay the shipping of your package. If you enter a street address and a PO box number, we will ship to the PO box.
Currently, no package is insured above and beyond the automatic insurance offered by certain carriers unless the insured option is chosen when your order is placed. If the delivery carrier doesn’t deliver your package or claims to have made the delivery but you have not received it, we will do our best to help you locate the package by opening an investigation with the carrier.
We are NOT the delivery carrier and are therefore not responsible for undelivered packages. However, we may be able to reship a package based on our investigation with the carrier and whether or not the order was insured.
It is the customer’s responsibility to request additional insurance if desired. Please let us know if you have any questions.
**If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us first as soon as possible!**
- Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund.
- Eligible return items must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.
- Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued.
- Please follow the exact directions provided by Customer Support in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.
- A return processing fee of $3.75 will be deducted from credit card/PayPal refunds on eligible product returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, you may either receive a refund for the products returned minus the original shipping fee, return postage due, and a return processing fee, OR we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee, return postage due and a return fee.
- We are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Misrouted, or Undelivered shipments.
