If the buyer refuses the shipment, doesn’t use a trackable method, or if the package doesn’t arrive, the return might not be covered under our guarantee.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have customization options unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
