Shipping Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. Most orders are dispatched within 3 – 5 days after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. USA delivery usually takes about 5 – 10 business days. Shipping outside the U.S. is usually 10 – 15 business days (depending on the destination country). Destination tracking available.

International Buyers Notice
We would like our international customers to know when shipping orders internationally there may be additional charges incurred when the order is processed through customs. Charges such as import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The charges are assessed by the receiving country’s customs office and are determined by the listed value of the package. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the delivering shipping company. Please do not confuse these with shipping charges from our company.

Return Policy
Musika wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we will issue an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. For gift with purchase orders (GWP), the free gift would need to be returned with the purchased item in order to receive a full refund.
Please contact us via our website or the customer support chat so that we can obtain an authorization number for you. Once approved, we will email you a free UPS prepaid label. which you can then print and attach to any box/package before returning the items. You will have 30 days to send the item back for a full refund. Once the package is received by the vendor, they will process the return and refund the balance back to your account. Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
FINAL SALES
All customer-specific personalized item(s) (i.e., logos, names, sayings, and customer-provided design) are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for return (however, we will do everything we can to assist should an issue occur).
Items purchased as a Final Sale are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
