Description
MOTHER & CHILD GIRRAFE
A beautiful mother and child carving made from the indigenous jacaranda tree. Though the carving has a mother and child it still carved as one piece with no joining. A ox blood polish is used to give the base look and the giraffe pattern is individual hand carved for the perfect finish.
Giraffes are known to nurse their child for between 9 to 12 months. Male Giraffes stay for 15 months and leave the heard to join other male giraffes and females continue to stay with the heard.
Please note small difference may occur in size, colour and shape in comparison to the pictures
