Use Nori to make raw vegan sushi, hand roll, or veggie rolls – or invent your own filling for this low-fat, nourishing food wrap. It can be crumbled to season salads or other delights. Make Nori crackers by spreading small squares with a nut pate’ (cashew cheese) and dehydrating until crispy. Makes a great salad wrap. Use lettuce to separate moist ingredients from the Nori sheet, it will hold up longer. Nori is best eaten right away after making your delights.
