Shipping & Return Policy
Free Shipping is eligible for certain products in US and Canada. Orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days from when we receive the order. Orders placed on a Friday will ship out the following Monday. Transit time takes 2-7 business days depending on the postal zone. The estimated delivery date is based on the ready date plus the transit service you select at checkout.
Musika wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we will issue an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. For gift-with-purchase orders (GWP), the free gift would need to be returned with the purchased item in order to receive a full refund.
Please contact us via our website or the customer support chat so that we can obtain an authorization number for you. Once approved, we will email you a free UPS prepaid label. which you can then print and attach to any box/package before returning the items. You will have 30 days to send the item back for a full refund. Once the package is received by the vendor, they will process the return and refund the balance back to your account. Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
Additional Return Information
If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us and note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged, take the digital photographs, and provide us with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.
Items must not be worn, used, or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing. Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.
Holiday items are non-returnable and non-refundable within 14 days of the upcoming holiday, unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order.
Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
Customized apparel is nonreturnable.
Clearance items are listed as final sale.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
