Shipping & Returns
We can’t wait to get your products to you, and the minute we receive your order, we’re working on getting it fulfilled and shipped.
With the Exception of Holidays, all orders are shipped same or next business day. Average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, but depends on the shipping carrier and your location. An order confirmation email is automatically sent by our system.
We ship to the address provided on your order by USPS First Class, Parcel, Priority, Express, or FedEx.
***We do ship to CANADA & MEXICO via USPS International. Rates are calculated upon checkout.
Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping is calculated on your check out page. We use calculated shipping costs for Priority Shipping with USPS and UPS based on the weight of your items and your location OR we also offer the standard (flat) shipping option. You decide which shipping time and cost works best for you. To see what your shipping charges are simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Enter your state and zip code and click update. Here you will see your actual shipping costs from USPS and FedEx.
To reward customers with larger orders, we offer standard flat rate shipping of $6.99 and FREE shipping for retail orders over $100.00!
Standard Wholesale Shipping is based on the $$$ amount you order: $12.99 up to $300; $22.99 up to $500; $32.99 for anything over $500!
Insurance: All packages over 1 pound will automatically include $50 shipping insurance. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance, you have the option upon checkout. Insurance is recommended on orders over $100.00.
Please note, once your order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee any changes that you request.
* Overnight Shipping is guaranteed to most destinations, but some destinations may require 2 days depending on location.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect address information provided. Please double check the shipping address provided. We purchase delivery confirmation on each domestic shipment. If the shipping carrier confirms that the package was delivered, we will not replace an order. If, for some reason, your package is undeliverable and is returned to us, we will contact you when the package is received. We will request an updated shipping address and will charge for reshipping fees. If you do not want us to reship and would prefer a refund, there is a 15% restock fee + original shipping charge. We do not reship or refund orders that are verified by as delivered.
Holiday Shipping
Please take Holidays into consideration. USPS, UPS and FedEx tend to run a little behind on delivery during major holidays, especially Christmas. Please allow a few extra days for your package to be delivered. Here at GCH we do our best to ensure that your package will be shipped same or next business day but we can not be held responsible for carrier shipping delays during holidays. If packages are delayed during the holidays, we apologize, but we have no control and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Refunds & Returns
Musika wants you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we will issue an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. For gift with purchase orders (GWP), the free gift would need to be returned with the purchased item in order to receive a full refund. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us and note any visible damages (scrapes, dents, etc.) or operationally damaged (the system will not work), take the digital photographs and provide us with proof of the damage in detail as this will assist us in processing your order refund.
