How Fast Do You Ship? Do You Offer Same Day or Next Day Shipping?
All orders received before 2pm AWST on a business day; will be shipped on the same day. All other orders will be shipped on very Next Business Day. Orders received on weekends or on public holidays are shipped on Next Business Day too.
Please note, though we try our best to ship your order as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that all our orders will be shipped on same or next business day. For any unforeseen reason out of our control, may cause shipping delay. If those circumstances arise, we will get in touch with you ASAP.
When Will I Receive My Order?
If the shipping address is within Australia, most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive to the Australian address (may vary from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 2-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance travelling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck Or Lost In The Mail?
All of our orders are sent with reliable shipping partners. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologise! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, contact us and we will send you a new package with a quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Will I Be Charged For Customs And Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means if shipping address is outside of Australia, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Why Is My Order Being Shipped In Different Packages?
If you have a multi-item order, if one of the item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! Alternatively, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest.
Return Policy
Musika wants you to be happy with your purchase! In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. Promotional items, flash sales, clearance items and any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for partial refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.
In unfortunate circumstances, if any product you received from us does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
